A-Rising Builders is pleased to announce ARB University. Our mission is to be the company that sets the standard for education throughout the construction industry. Nothing is more valuable than an educated Team member. ARB believes that education doesn't stop with trade skills. We train on Health & Safety, Professional Development, Finance, Lean Construction, Means and Methods: Best Practices, and effective communication. When hired at ARB, you're given an educational tablet and set up on a Career Path. We ensure that all team members have goals and show you how to achieve them through education, backed by discipline.

ARB's interactive site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ARB will report course completions to the appropriate state organizations (such as OSHA) and you will receive a certificate of completion. We have developed our own curriculum for every position in our organization. When completed you will receive an ARB Certification Certificate and a financial reward.
